Requirements of being a Beauty Amora Ambassador
Country of Residency: Australia
Active user on either of these platform – Instagram, TikTok or YouTube
No offensive content (e.g. pornography, foul language, etc.)
No popup ads
No gambling or ads for gambling
No coupon/deals sites
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gifted Product(s): Influencers will receive gifted product(s) solely for the purpose of creating TikTok/Instagram/YouTube content. The product(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale under any circumstances. Beauty Amora will not be liable for any allergic reactions to the product(s).
Privacy and Data Protection: All collected personal information will be used only for shipping arrangements and communications.
Delivery of Gifted Product(s): Beauty Amora will handle the shipping fees for the gifted product(s). Beauty Amora will not be liable for shipping issues such as lost, damaged, or defective deliveries. Reshipment will not be arranged for incorrect addresses or refused deliveries.
Review of Product from the Gifted Product(s): Recipients must publish at least 1x dedicated TikTok/Instagram/YouTube content featuring the gifted product(s). The content must remain on the Influencers' social media platforms for at least 6 months after posting. Influencers who have posted will have priority for future collaboration considerations. Those who fail to comply will not be eligible for future influencer collaborations with Beauty Amora. Content can be in any language. Please tag @beautyamora.official on Instagram & TikTok and use #TeamAmora, #BeautyAmora #Kbeauty on all the content created for Beauty Amora.
Originality: Participants warrant that their content is their original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Participants grant Beauty Amora an irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-gifted license to modify, publish, promote, or otherwise use and exploit the content without permission, notice, or compensation. Beauty Amora also has the right to share the content with partnered brands, with participants credited for any shared content on the brand's social media channels and/or official websites.
Commissions Terms: Influencer will be earning 5% commission on every sale made via influencer’s personalised code. Commissions will be paid monthly through PayPal, only if it reaches 40 AUD. You can also redeem your commissions as store-credit on our website to buy/stock up on more items. Non-redeemed commissions can be carry forwarded for 6 months after which the commissions will be reset to 0.
General Provisions: In case of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail. Beauty Amora reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and withdraw the offer without prior notice. Beauty Amora's decision is final in the event of any disputes. By submitting the application form, participants automatically agree to the terms and conditions expressed herein.
